903-757-5604. Our hours are 9 am - 1 pm (closed 1-3pm) and
1 pm - 6 pm Monday through Friday.

We take Workers Compensation patients, auto injury patients,
and people who have musculoskeletal problems from various
causes.

We take Work Comp carrier insurance, LOPs, PIP (personal
injury protection), cash, checks, major medical insurance,
and offer affordable payment plans where indicated.
